How do you source your vintage denim?
We source all our material from local textile recycling centers. Each pair of ELV Denim jeans is handcrafted in London using two vintage pairs that would have otherwise ended up in a landfill.
How do I find my perfect fit?
Since we use vintage denim, sizing can vary slightly. We recommend measuring your favorite pair of non-stretch jeans and comparing them to our detailed size guide found on each product page.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer carbon-neutral worldwide shipping. UK orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping durations vary by location and customs processing.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Are your products truly sustainable?
Yes, we operate on a zero-waste policy. Each piece is upcycled from existing garments, requiring significantly less water and energy than producing new denim from raw cotton.
Do you offer a repair service?
